Well here’s how that went…. πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Reader,

So, if you read my last email, you may remember how I said we were taking a mini vacay, and the boys wanted to try out tent camping...

Well, here's how that went.

Night one, it poured. And somewhere between "settling in" and "questioning our life choices," we discovered both tents had holes in them. Did we check that beforehand? We did not. So night two, we upgraded ourselves to a hotel room until our cabin opened up.

Then, day two of the actual vacation, we hit something with the boat prop. Which sounds minor until you own a Mastercraft and realize there are approximately zero dealers in northern Minnesota who work on them.

So on the way home, we rerouted through Minocqua to see family, since that's also where we get the boat serviced anyway. One more day, tacked onto a trip that was already off script.

Was it the smooth, relaxing getaway we pictured? Not exactly. Was it still a great trip? Yes. We had SO much fun! We're already planning to go back next year.... Minus the tent camping. πŸ˜‚

And this past weekend, we went camping again... but in our camper, because I like my amenities and staying dry!

Here's the thing, though. None of what actually happened on vacation was the plan. Not the tent, not the prop, not the detour through Minocqua. But we didn't need the original plan to survive the week. We needed to be able to adapt and adjust when the plan stopped working.

That's what building your next season of growth can look like too. Especially if you're expanding in a brand new way where your income isn't tied to being in the room for every single person who needs you.

That takes work upfront. And even with all that work, it might not go exactly as planned. Something will need adjusting.

That's just business. It happens while you're growing a practice, and it happens while you're building something new alongside it.

That's what RISE is for. Not a plan that assumes everything goes right the first time. A place to land, and a next move, when it doesn't. Someone who's taken all the wrong turns first, so you don't have to.

If you're heading into that next season and want some company for the parts that don't go as planned, book a free Expansion Session and let's find your reroute.

What Is The Practitioner RISE Model?
The framework behind everything we do here, laid out in full. The four stages of the R.I.S.E. Pathway (ROOT, INTEGRATE, STAND OUT, EXPAND), why they run in that order and not another, and why this is built for practitioners with a full patient schedule, not influencers with unlimited hours to post.

How to Get Clear on Your Message Before You Build Anything Online
The ROOT stage, unpacked. Why your message isn't the same thing as your copy, why "I do so many things, I can't pick one" isn't actually the obstacle you think it is, and a ten-minute exercise you can do tonight to start finding it.

On the podcast.

From PCOS and Endometriosis to a Healthy Pregnancy
Dr. Morgan Hope looked like the picture of health as a college athlete, until the antibiotics, birth control, and prescription creams she'd relied on for years stopped working, and a hysterectomy was the only answer she was offered in her early twenties. Now a perinatal and pediatric chiropractor in Eau Claire, she talks about what coming off long-term birth control really looked like, and how she went on to have a healthy, medication-free pregnancy.

ADHD and Anxiety: The Nervous System and Your Child's Health
Dr. Sophia Duarte spent her own childhood cycling through hospitals and prescriptions no one ever connected back to her nervous system. Now she's the founder of Radiant Chiropractic in Charleston, where she helps parents rethink what labels like ADHD and anxiety are actually telling them about a child's body.

Hi! I'm Hailey.

I help natural health and wellness providers turn what they know into offers that sell without more 1:1 time with patients. We build the offers, the simple funnel, and the words that sell it, all while you're doing something else. Oh, and I don't believe in marketing that makes you feel gross, or in having to be on social every day to make it work.

Hi Reader! One of my clients brought me to a conference in DC with her team. I got to learn, soak up the room, and be around people doing BIG things. Groundbreaking for the profession. I also got to support her, so we could find ways to get her better results too! When you surround yourself with the right people, things happen. When a CEO is winning and shares that with her team, everybody wins. More money coming into your practice or business means more VALUE for your community. It lets you...

Good morning Reader! Summer's officially done (this is the first weekend we've been home since mid-July 😳), school's back in session, and my youngest started 4K this past week. He's never been away from anyone but family before, sooo... drop-off has been rough. For him, and for me too. There may have been a few tears shed on both sides. Here's to hoping next week is much better. 🀞🏼 So... needless to say, I feel a little behind on what I think I "should" be doing. But I'm at ease about it,...
