Hi Reader! This weekend, one of my clients brought me to a conference with her team. I got to learn, soak up the room, and be around people doing BIG things. Groundbreaking for the profession. I also got to support her, so we could find ways to get her better results too! When you surround yourself with the right people, things happen. When a CEO is winning and shares that with her team, everybody wins. More money coming into your practice or business means more VALUE for your community. It lets you impact more people. It lets you reward and incentivize your team. It opens a lot of doors. I'm so grateful to work with clients like her who bring me into rooms like this. I also got to connect with other clients there, meet so many great people, and invite new guests onto the podcast. When you feel like you're following what you're meant to do, the right things seem to show up. Here are four takeaways that could work for you, too! 1. Are you capitalizing on your referrals? 2. You can do anything. You just can't do everything. When it comes to marketing, try scoring each channel you use on four things: how many new clients or patients it brings in, and what it costs you in money, time, and energy. A channel can look great on paper and still drain you. A simple formula to start with: a strong referral engine, a way to show up when people search, paid ads if you want to scale, and one more channel you love. 3. SPEED to lead is crucial. 4. People buy outcomes. If any of these made you think, "I could use help with that," I'm here for you. I'm opening a few expansion sessions this month. We'll look at where your marketing stands right now, which of these four takeaways would make the biggest difference for your business, and what to focus on first so you're not trying to do everything! [Book your expansion session HERE] Maybe you leave with a clear next step. Maybe you leave knowing exactly what to skip. Either way, you'll know where to put your time, energy, and money. Grateful for you, Come hang out with me anytime. ☀️🎧 The Practitioners Rise Podcast features natural health and wellness practitioners who've walked their own healing journey and now help others do the same — real stories, root-cause solutions, and the wisdom traditional healthcare rarely makes room for. I help natural health and wellness providers turn what they know into offers that sell without more 1:1 time with patients. We build the offers, the simple funnel, and the words that sell it, all while you're doing something else. Oh, and I don't believe in marketing that makes you feel gross, or in having to be on social every day to make it work.

Good morning Reader! Summer's officially done (this is the first weekend we've been home since mid-July 😳), school's back in session, and my youngest started 4K this past week. He's never been away from anyone but family before, sooo... drop-off has been rough. For him, and for me too. There may have been a few tears shed on both sides. Here's to hoping next week is much better. 🤞🏼 So... needless to say, I feel a little behind on what I think I "should" be doing. But I'm at ease about it,...
Happy Friday Reader! I've had the same conversation about six times these past couple of weeks. With clients, with people close to me, with myself. Fear. One of my clients said it flat out: making that first invitation, sending that email, that DM... It's not the words that are hard; it's her head, her mindset. She just needs to push send. Someone close to me is ready to start her own thing, and the only thing in her way is putting herself out there. So a few mornings this week, I sent her...
